Bitdeer AI US$5 Model Studio Credit Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern the distribution, receipt, and usage of the US$5 Bitdeer AI Cloud Model Studio Credit Voucher (the "Voucher") issued by Bitdeer AI Cloud under the US$5 Model Studio Credit Voucher Promotion (the "Promotion"). By claiming, receiving, or using the Voucher, you agree to these Promotion Terms, together with the applicable Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other terms governing your use of Bitdeer AI Cloud services.

1. Promotional Overview and Eligibility

This Promotion applies to newly registered Bitdeer AI Cloud users under a phased issuance framework:

(a) Phased Issuance Window:

Effective from August 17, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC) through September 15, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC), each newly registered and verified Bitdeer AI Cloud account will automatically receive one (1) US$5 Voucher upon successful account registration. The applicable model scope of the Voucher depends on the timestamp of user registration and issuance:

  • Phase 1 (Early-Bird Access: August 17, 2026, 00:00 UTC to September 1, 2026, 23:59 UTC): Vouchers issued during Phase 1 grant unrestricted access and apply to ALL available models hosted within the Bitdeer AI Cloud Model Studio platform.
  • Phase 2 (Standard Access: September 2, 2026, 00:00 UTC to September 15, 2026, 23:59 UTC): Vouchers issued during Phase 2 are strictly restricted to API consumption and model inference costs generated by designated "Featured Models" ONLY within the Model Studio platform.

(b) Quantity Limitation:

Each eligible user, legal entity, or individual account is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) US$5 Voucher under this Promotion. Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the right to determine user eligibility in its sole and reasonable discretion.

2. Scope of Use and Model Restrictions

(a) Applicable Scope:

The US$5 Voucher credit is strictly limited and applicable ONLY to API consumption and model inference costs generated within the Bitdeer AI Cloud Model Studio platform, subject to the following phased model restrictions:

  • Phase 1 Vouchers (Issued Aug 17 to Sep 1, 2026): Applicable to API consumption and model inference costs across ALL models within Model Studio for the entire Validity Period.
  • Phase 2 Vouchers (Issued Sep 2 to Sep 15, 2026): Strictly limited and applicable ONLY to API consumption and model inference costs generated by designated "Featured Models" within Model Studio.

(b) Definition and Dynamic Adjustment of "Featured Models":

"Featured Models" refer strictly to the models actively displayed under the "Featured Models" page inside the Bitdeer AI Cloud Model Studio User Console. Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the sole right to dynamically update, add, modify, or remove models from the Featured Models list at any time without prior notice. Voucher applicability for Phase 2 holders shall be determined strictly based on the real-time status of the Featured Models list displayed in the console at the precise time of API call/inference consumption.

(c) Excluded Services:

The Voucher CANNOT be applied to, redeemed for, or used against:

  • Non-Featured Models within Model Studio (for Phase 2 Vouchers);
  • Dedicated GPU resources, custom node hosting, or bare-metal server deployments;
  • Storage, bandwidth, data transfer, or other non-inference platform services; or
  • Any other products, tools, or features offered on Bitdeer AI Cloud outside the designated applicable models list.

(d) Standard Billing Out of Scope:

Standard commercial rates set forth in the Bitdeer AI Cloud Pricing Schedule will automatically apply to any service, infrastructure, or unapproved model usage outside the authorized scope of the respective Voucher.

3. Voucher Validity Period and Expiration

(a) 90-Day Expiry:

Each US$5 Voucher is valid for exactly ninety (90) calendar days from the date and time it is issued to the user's account (the "Validity Period").

(b) Automatic Forfeiture:

Upon the expiration of the 90-day Validity Period, any unused or remaining balance of the Voucher will automatically expire, be forfeited, and removed from the account without prior notice or financial compensation. No extensions, rollovers, or reactivations will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, No Cash Value

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • (a) The US$5 Voucher has zero cash value, legal tender equivalency, or monetary redemption value.
  • (b) The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, refunds, main account balances, or credit notes.
  • (c) The Voucher is non-transferable and non-assignable, and cannot be combined, merged, or shared across multiple accounts, entities, or organizations.
  • (d) The Voucher cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional coupons, promotional discounts, or custom enterprise pricing unless expressly authorized in writing by Bitdeer AI Cloud.

5. Billing, Usage Depletion, and Out-of-Scope Charges

(a) Consumption Sequence:

When running eligible workloads in Model Studio, applicable charges will be deducted first from the active US$5 Voucher balance until fully depleted or expired, after which charges will automatically revert to standard billing against the user's main account prepaid deposit balance or registered payment method.

(b) User Responsibility:

Users remain solely responsible for monitoring their credit consumption and stopping non-eligible API requests. Bitdeer AI Cloud is not liable for charges incurred due to the deployment of non-applicable models or API usage exceeding the US$5 Voucher limit.

6. Anti-Abuse, Fraud, and Account Restrictions

This Promotion is intended solely for legitimate testing, development, and evaluation purposes. Users shall not:

  • (a) Create multiple, fake, synthetic, or redundant accounts to repeatedly harvest US$5 Vouchers;
  • (b) Resell, lease, trade, or commercially redistribute Voucher benefits to third parties; or
  • (c) Engage in fraudulent, malicious, automated bot-driven, or abusive activities intended to manipulate or exploit the Voucher campaign.

Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the immediate right to void, cancel, or reclaim Vouchers, suspend API access, or terminate accounts without liability if it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or breach of these Promotion Terms.

7. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Voucher access and Model Studio services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bitdeer AI Cloud makes no representations or warranties, express, implied, or statutory, regarding uninterrupted service, response times, model accuracy, throughput, or capacity for models included under the Voucher.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitdeer AI Cloud and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Voucher program or the use or inability to use Model Studio features.

9. Modifications and Governing Law

(a) Modifications:

Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or update these Promotion Terms where reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, security, or legal requirements.

(b) Governing Law:

These Promotion Terms are governed by and construed under the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the general Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict regarding this Promotion, these Promotion Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
