Overview
The cash account is the primary funding source for purchasing Bitdeer AI Cloud services. It supports multiple recharge methods and provides flexible fund management options.
Recharge Rules

Operation Steps
- Log in to the Cloud Server Console.
- In the upper right avatar menu, select "Expense Center" to enter the expense management page.
- Click the "Recharge Remittance" button to open the recharge popup window.
- Select the appropriate recharge method according to your needs:
- Online Recharge: Please select the recharge amount, fill in the relevant payment information, and complete the online payment. For detailed steps, see the Online Payment Guide.
- Offline Remittance: After selecting the wire transfer method, obtain the receiving account information and unique identification code. For detailed steps, see the Bank Wire Transfer Guide.
- After confirming the recharge information, complete the recharge operation.
Subsequent Operations
Pay Orders with Balance
On the pending orders page, after checking "Use Balance", you can use the funds in your account to pay for the order. Click the "Pay" button to complete the operation.
Automatic Deduction from Cash Balance
The system supports the following automatic deduction scenarios, where fees will be automatically deducted from your account balance to complete renewals. Please ensure your account balance is sufficient to avoid service interruption.
- Automatic Renewal: When your prepaid resources are about to expire and the auto-renewal feature is enabled, the system will automatically deduct the renewal fee from your account balance.
- On-Demand: The system will automatically deduct fees from your account balance based on your actual usage.
- Periodic Billing: At the end of the billing cycle, the system will automatically deduct the bill amount from your account balance to complete the settlement.
