- When Refund Amount ≤ 0, no refund will be issued

- All calculations are based on actual usage and applicable prices

Consumed Fees = Original Configuration Discounted Monthly Price × Months Used × Discount Factor + On-demand Fees for Partial Month

- Discount Example: If used for 9 months and 10 days, the number of months used is 9, applying the discount factor corresponding to 9 months
Billing Examples
Base Pricing Information:
Taking a cloud server configuration as an example, the pricing details are as follows:
- On-demand Price: $0.3/hour
- Monthly Price: $100
- Discount Rates: 1 month 95%, 1 year 80%, 2 years 70%, 3 years 60%
Example 1: Scenario Description:
User A purchases a 3-year subscription and requests cancellation after using it for 1 year, 7 months, and 10 days.
Calculation Process:
- Original Contract Price (with discount) = 36 months × $100 × 60% = $2,160
- Consumed Fees = $100 × 19 months × 80% + 24 hours × 10 days × $0.3/hour = $1,592
- Refund Amount = $2,160 - $1,592 = $568 > 0
- Therefore, this user can receive a refund of $568.
Example 2: Scenario Description:
User B purchases a 1-month subscription and requests cancellation after 20 days of use.
Calculation Process:
- Original Contract Price (with discount) = $100 × 95% = $95
- Consumed Fees = 24 hours × 20 days × $0.3/hour = $144
- Refund Amount = $95 - $144 < 0
- Therefore, this user cannot receive a refund.
