Create Organizational Unit

Operation Scenario
Enterprise Organization administrators can create organizational units to establish hierarchical structures within the organization. This applies to the following scenarios:
- Need to organize accounts into different departments or divisions
- Need to establish a hierarchical management structure
- Need to group accounts by business units or projects
- Need to create sub-organizations for better resource management
Prerequisites
Before creating an organizational unit, ensure that:
- You have Enterprise Organization administrator permissions
- The Enterprise Organization has been enabled
- You have determined the organizational unit's position in the hierarchy
- You understand the organizational structure requirements
Operation Steps
- Log in to the Bitdeer AI Cloud console
- Navigate to the Organization Unit Management page in the Enterprise Organization console
- Select the parent organizational unit where you want to create the new unit (or select root if creating a top-level unit)
- Click the plus icon that appears when hovering over the parent unit to open the create organizational unit drawer
- Fill in the organizational unit information:
- Unit Name: Enter the name of the organizational unit
- Parent Unit: Select the parent organizational unit (if not already selected)
- Description: Enter a description of the unit's purpose (optional)
- Click Confirm to complete the creation
