Operation Scenarios
Customer removal may occur in the following situations:
- Customer requests to terminate partnership relationship
- Partner-initiated removal due to business adjustments
- Customer account suspension or termination due to violations
- Customer violates platform policies or management requirements
- Partnership agreement expires or terminates early
- Customer needs to switch to direct billing mode
Preconditions
Before removing a customer:
- Complete all outstanding business settlements
- Provide advance notice according to agreement requirements
- Provide reasonable termination reason explanation
- Develop complete data migration plan
- Comply with notice period specified in agreement
- Prepare alternative service arrangements
Operation Steps
Partner-Initiated Termination
- Visit Partner Management Platform
- Navigate to "Customer Relationship Management" module
- Select target customer account and click "Unbind" button
- Fill in complete termination reason and submit application


Customer-Initiated Termination
- Visit Personal Center
- Navigate to "My Agent" module
- Click "Termination of Service" button
- Fill in detailed exit reason
- Confirm and submit exit application


Post-Termination Process
After the termination application is confirmed by the system, the following operations will be automatically executed:
- Remove customer-partner system association relationship
- Complete billing mode conversion based on customer choice
- Handle related business data according to data protection standards
- Update partner customer quota information
- Send formal termination confirmation notice to relevant parties
