These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern participation in the Bitdeer AI Cloud DeepSeek V4 Flash 0731 & Qwen-3.8-27B Free API Promotion (the “Promotion”).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms, together with the applicable conditions:
- Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service (set out in https://www.bitdeer.ai/en/terms),
- Privacy Policy (set out in https://www.bitdeer.com/privacy-policy); and
- any other terms governing your use of Bitdeer AI Cloud services.
1. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on August 26, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC) and ends on September 8, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC) (the “Promotional Period”), unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier by Bitdeer AI Cloud in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
2. Promotion Eligibility
To participate in the Promotion, users must:
(a) possess a valid and active Bitdeer AI Cloud account in good standing;
(b) complete a minimum cumulative account top-up of US$5.00 (USD Five Dollars) , which must be successfully processed and credited to the user's account before any API usage can qualify for this Promotion (the “Top-Up Requirement”). Any top-ups completed after the usage of any AI models will not apply retroactively to that usage, and such usage will not be eligible for reclassification as promotional or for any fee adjustments;
(c) strictly comply with these Promotion Terms and the applicable Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service; and
(d) not be located in, or a national/resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or trade control restrictions under applicable law.
Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Promotion in its sole and reasonable discretion.
3. Promotional Benefit
Eligible users may access the following specified AI models through the Bitdeer AI Cloud API without API usage charges during the Promotional Period:
The Promotion applies strictly and solely to eligible API usage of the models listed above during the Promotional Period. Usage of other models, dedicated GPU resources, storage, bandwidth, or other products, services, or features available through Bitdeer AI Cloud is excluded from this Promotion and will be billed at standard applicable rates.
Any API requests or usage initiated prior to the start or after the expiration of the Promotional Period will be billed strictly according to standard commercial pricing at the time of use.
4. Minimum Top-Up Requirement and Non-Refundability
(a) The Top-Up Requirement is a condition precedent to unlock promotional participation.
(b) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all deposits, top-ups, and prepaid balances added to a Bitdeer AI Cloud account are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable, including the amounts stated in the Top-Up Requirement required to participate in this Promotion.
(c) The Top-Up Requirement constitutes account store credit for general platform use and does not constitute a purchase price or consideration for the promotional API access.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The Promotion is intended solely for legitimate development, testing, evaluation, prototyping, and other authorized uses of the Bitdeer AI Cloud platform.
Users shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a) register, create, or control multiple accounts to bypass promotional restrictions or quotas;
(b) sell, resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit promotional access;
(c) employ automated scripts, bots, scraping, or abusive traffic-generation methods intended primarily to exploit the Promotion;
(d) engage in fraudulent, malicious, illegal, disruptive, or unauthorized activities;
(e) interfere with, breach, or compromise the operational stability, security, or integrity of Bitdeer AI Cloud infrastructure; or
(f) violate applicable laws, including export control and data privacy laws, or the Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service.
Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the immediate right to restrict, limit, suspend or permanently terminate promotional access and associated accounts in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, including where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, technical circumvention, or non-compliance with these Promotion Terms.
6. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Promotional access is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, subject to platform technical capacity and server availability.
Bitdeer AI Cloud makes no representations or warranties of any kind—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding uninterrupted availability, response times, throughput, latency, rate limits, accuracy, or performance of the models included in the Promotion. Access may be temporarily limited or suspended without notice due to routine maintenance, system capacity limits, security incidents, or operational circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitdeer AI Cloud and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or operational downtime arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Modifications and Termination
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bitdeer AI Cloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Promotion Terms at any time, for technical, security, operational, legal, regulatory, or business reasons. Material changes will be published on the Bitdeer AI Cloud official website or communicated via account notifications.
9. No Cash Value, Assignment, or Stacking
The Promotion:
(a) carries no monetary or cash value;
(b) cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents;
(c) cannot be assigned, transferred, or merged into another account or entity; and
(d) cannot be combined or stacked with other concurrent promotional campaigns unless expressly authorized by Bitdeer AI Cloud.
Unused promotional access rights automatically expire at 23:59 (UTC) on September 8, 2026 unless earlier terminated in accordance with these Promotion Terms or Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service.
10. Account Responsibility and Out-of-Scope Charges
Users remain solely responsible for monitoring their resource consumption and maintaining sufficient balances for out-of-scope services. Bitdeer AI Cloud is not responsible for charges resulting from a user's selection, misconfiguration, or deployment of non-promotional models, services, or hardware resources.
11. Governing Law and Severability
(a) These Promotion Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the general Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service.
(b) In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the general Bitdeer AI Cloud Terms of Service regarding the subject matter herein, these Promotion Terms shall control to the extent of such conflict.
(c) If any provision of these Promotion Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full legal force and effect.
(d) In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency in these Promotion Terms, the interpretation that is stricter against the user shall apply.
