Operation Scenario

IAM Identity Center administrators can adjust account authorization by adding or removing permission sets for authorized accounts. This applies to the following scenarios:

  • Need to add additional permission sets to existing authorized accounts
  • Need to remove permission sets from authorized accounts
  • Need to modify authorization records for specific accounts
  • Need to update access permissions for authorized accounts

Prerequisites

Before adjusting account authorization, ensure that:

  • You have IAM Identity Center administrator permissions
  • The IAM Identity Center has been enabled
  • The account has existing authorization records
  • Permission sets have been created (if adding new permissions)

Operation Steps

Enter Account Authorization Details

  1. Log in to the Bitdeer AI Cloud console
  2. Navigate to IAM Identity Center in the service menu
  3. Select Multi-Account Authorization Management to view the account list
  4. Find the authorized account you want to adjust and click on the account name
  5. Enter the account authorization details page
  6. View the list of authorization records for the account

Add Permission Sets to Authorization Record

  2. Click Add Authorization button in the operation column for that authorization record
  3. A drawer will open showing available permission sets
  4. In the drawer, select the permission set(s) you want to add
    • Note: Permission sets that have already been authorized will be disabled and cannot be selected
  5. Click Confirm to complete the addition
  6. The system will display the addition result, showing "Added Successfully" or "Already Assigned This Permission"

Remove Permission Sets from Authorization Record

  1. In the account authorization details page, locate the authorization record you want to modify

  6. Check the selected count: "xx permission sets selected"
  7. Click Confirm to complete the removal

Note: You can adjust authorization for each authorization record individually. Each authorization record corresponds to a specific authorization object (user or group) within the account.
