Overview

Account authorization records in IAM Identity Center provide comprehensive information about account authorization status. Each authorization record contains account basic information, authorized permission sets, and authorization objects, enabling administrators to view and manage account access permissions effectively.

Account Authorization Record Structure

Account authorization records consist of the following components:

Account Basic Information

The account basic information section displays:

  • Account Name: The unique account name (read-only, with copy button)
  • Display Name: The display name of the account (editable, with edit and copy buttons)
  • UID: The unique identifier of the account (read-only, with copy button)
  • Creation Time (UTC): The time when the account was created

Authorization Records List

The authorization records list displays all authorization records for the account, with each record containing:

  • Authorized Account: The name of the authorized account
  • Authorization Object/Type:
    • Object Name: The name of the authorization object (user or group)
    • Object Type: The type of authorization object (User or Group), displayed as a link that can be clicked to view details
  • Permission Sets: The list of permission sets assigned to the authorization object
    • Displayed as a combination of number and icon
    • The number represents the count of permission sets
    • Hovering over the icon shows the specific permission set names
    • Permission set names are links that can be clicked to view permission set details
  • Operation: Action buttons for managing authorization (Add Authorization, Remove Authorization)

Viewing Account Authorization Details

To view account authorization details:

  1. Log in to the Bitdeer AI Cloud console
  2. Navigate to IAM Identity Center in the service menu
  3. Select Multi-Account Authorization Management to view the account list
  4. Click on an account name to enter the account authorization details page
  5. View the account basic information and authorization records list

Note: Account authorization records provide a complete view of all authorization relationships for an account, including which users or groups have been assigned which permission sets.
