Individual Verification Prerequisites and Entry

1. Sign up for a Bitdeer AI account first.
2. If you do not have an account, visit Sign-up.
3. After signing in, open the User Center and click Identity Verification.

Select Individual Verification

1. Select Individual Verification on the verification page.
2. Click Start verification to open the personal details form.

Steps

1. Choose your nationality.
2. Upload the ID document photo.
3. Enter your name details.
4. Select your gender and date of birth.
5. Enter your ID number.
6. Select the expiration date.
7. Fill in your residential address.
8. Fill in the address on the identity document.
9. Tick the confirmation checkbox and submit the verification details.

Requirements

• The document must be an original or valid document, not a photocopy.
• The image must be clear, unobstructed, and without watermarks.
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
• File size must be between 20K and 15M.
• Whenever possible, upload both sides of the ID document or the full document page as instructed.
• The submitted information must match the document exactly.

After Submission

• Return to the verification page to check the result.
• If the page asks for additional information, complete the missing fields as prompted.
• Submit again after the supplement is finished.
